When we find a great deal, we put together a packet of information about the deal, how much we will be raising, minimum investment amounts, expected returns, timelines, exit strategies, and more.

The investment opportunities are a first-come-first-served basis. When an investment is fully funded, the deal will be closed. But, not to worry. We find great deals often.
